Does GMP offer home delivery?

Yes, we deliver to Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.

Who is eligible to use GMP home delivery service?

To use the GMP home delivery service you must be over 21 years of age.

Why should I create an account?

Creating an account not only saves you time when you shop, but also makes purchasing your favourite items easier. We will save your details in a secure place for a quick checkout, so you only need to enter your information once

Where does GMP home delivery service deliver to?

We deliver to all addresses in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.

Do you deliver to Dubai?

No, we only deliver to addresses in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.

What are the delivery timings?

We deliver 7 days a week between 2pm – 8pm. Orders received after 7pm will be delivered the next day.

How will I know if my Home Delivery order has been processed?

Once we receive your order, you will receive an email confirmation from GMP Home Delivery confirming the order. If you process an order and do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected]

Can I get same day delivery in Abu Dhabi?

Orders placed before 7pm will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 7pm will be delivered the next day.

Is there a delivery charge for Home Delivery?
  • AED 20 flat fee for orders under AED 200 within City Limits.
  • AED 35 for delivery outside the city.
  • Free delivery for orders over AED 200 within city limits.
  • Free delivery on orders above AED 1000 to all of our delivery areas.
  • AED 35 for delivery in the Al Ain.
Do I need to order a minimum value to be eligible for Home Delivery in Abu Dhabi?

No, there is no minimum value. However,

  • AED 20 flat fee for orders under AED 200 within City Limits.
  • AED 35 for delivery outside the city.
  • Free delivery for orders over AED 200 within city limits.
  • Free delivery on orders above AED 1000 to all of our delivery areas.
  • AED 35 for delivery in the Al Ain.
How do I pay for my Home Delivery order?

We accept Credit Card payment, Cash on delivery & Card on delivery.

Can I amend a Home Delivery order once it has been processed online?

Are all the products available in the Gray Mackenzie Shops also available for Home Delivery?

Not at the moment, but we are continuously adding products to www.gmp.ae

Can I get the same discounts when ordering online as I get in the GMP stores?

Our website offers competitive prices and very exciting promotions. However in-store prices & online prices may vary.

How will GMP deliver my order to my Abu Dhabi address?

Your order will be delivered to you in a refrigerated truck or van. Our team will call/SMS you to confirm the delivery time. 

What health and safety measures do the delivery team follow?

All our goods and delivery trucks are regularly sanitised. Our delivery team are well trained and use the utmost care when delivering goods. The teams wear a face mask and maintain a safe distance during the delivery.

What if items are missing from my Home Delivery order?

Where can I see my order history?

If you click “My Account” on the top menu bar it will take you to your account dashboard. From your account dashboard you will be able view your account and order history.

Do you deliver at an office address?

Due to the nature of the product, we can only deliver to your home address.

Do you deliver to serviced apartments and hotels?

Yes, we do.

Our delivery team will call you once they have arrived at your location. If the building security does not give our team the access to the building, you will be required to meet our delivery team in the lobby of the building to accept your delivery. Please note if you fail to meet our delivery team we will take your order back as returned .

Are the products authentic?

GMP are the official distributors of some of the biggest beverage producers in the world. All our goods are transported within a temperature-controlled environment ensuring the best quality is maintained throughout the supply chain process. All our products are 100% authentic.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns of goods once delivered. You may however choose to return the full order at the time of delivery without opening the package (or breaking the seal).

In case of damaged or faulty goods, we will provide replacement goods on a case-to-case basis should there be any breakage during delivery or if the products are found to be faulty. Such cases must be notified to us at [email protected]  within 24 hours of receiving the order along with a copy of your invoice, photograph of the product, and reason for requesting a replacement. All replacements are solely at the discretion of Gray Mackenzie & Partner and requests will be processed within 48 hours of receiving such requests.

How long will a refund take?

In the instance where you are eligible for a refund, this will be made to your credit/debit card and will take approximately 7 working days depending on your bank.

What health and safety measures will the delivery team follow?

All our drivers will wear face masks and are trained to high levels of sanitization before handling any products/deliveries.

Drivers are trained to practice social distancing and therefore will stand at least 2m from the door when delivering your order.

Our drivers are fully vaccinated & get tested as per the Health Authority guidelines

How will you deliver my order if my building has restrictions and will not allow your delivery team to come to my floor?

Our delivery team will call you once they have arrived at your location. If the building security does give access to our team, then you will be required to meet our team in the lobby of your building and complete the delivery process. Please do carry your valid ID as our team will need to validate it before delivering the goods.
