GMP offers a home delivery service in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

To use GMP home delivery service you must be over 21 years of age and

  • UAE Resident with a valid ID (Emirates ID, liquor license, UAE driving license, Passport – anyone) OR
  • Tourist with original passport.
  • Any of the above documents need to be shown to receive the delivery

We deliver all 7 days of the week, Weekdays & Saturdays between 12pm-8pm.

Once we receive your order, you will receive an email confirmation from GMP Home Delivery confirming the order. If you process an order and do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected]

If you place your order before 12 noon, it will be delivered to you within 24 hours (Terms & Conditions Apply) .We will aim to agree a delivery slot and call you to confirm at least 2 hours in advance of the delivery.

Our website offers competitive prices and very exciting promotions, which also include a Free standard delivery if your order exceeds AED 150 only. However instore prices & online prices may vary.

Your order will be delivered to you in a refrigerated truck or van. Our team will call/SMS you to confirm the delivery time. At the time of delivery, you will be required to present a valid ID (Emirates ID, Original Passport, or Drivers Licence). Delivery will be handed over upon showing the relevant ID.

All our goods and delivery trucks are regularly sanitised. Our delivery team are well trained and use the utmost care when delivering goods. The teams wear a face mask and maintain a safe distance during the delivery.

All orders include the 5% VAT and 30% Municipality Fee being delivered.

Due to the nature of the product, we can only deliver to your home address.

Yes, we do.

Our delivery team will call you once they have arrived at your location. If the building security does not give our team the access to the building, you will be required to meet our delivery team in the lobby of the building to accept your delivery. Please note if you fail to meet our delivery team we will take your order back as returned .

GMP are the official distributors of some of the biggest beverage producers in the world. All our goods are transported within a temperature-controlled environment ensuring the best quality is maintained throughout the supply chain process. All our products are 100% authentic.

We do not accept returns of goods once delivered. You may however choose to return the full order at the time of delivery without opening the package (or breaking the seal).

In case of damaged or faulty goods, we will provide replacement goods on a case-to-case basis should there be any breakage during delivery or if the products are found to be faulty. Such cases must be notified to us at [email protected]  within 24 hours of receiving the order along with a copy of your invoice, photograph of the product and reason for requesting replacement. All replacements are solely at the discretion of Gray Mackenzie & Partner’s and requests will be processed within 48 hours of receiving such requests.

In the instance where you are eligible for a refund, this will be made to your credit/debit card and will take approximately 7 working days depending on your bank.
