A coastal chardonnay from the vineyard in El Rosario, in the northern part of the San Antonio Valley. It’s focused on fruity flavors, on ripe fruits, and is enveloping in its tropical flavors. There are certain touches of spice here from aging in barrels (70% of the wine spent a year in used barrels) but most of all, it has exuberant fruit in a white that would go perfectly with grilled salmon.
