Organically farmed vineyards in Veneto, overlooked by the Dolomites. They’re hand-harvested at the end of September from Guyot-trained vines, which are planted in well-draining, fairly stony soils. Stainless steel fermentation keeps the wine light and fruity, and the second fermentation takes place in tank.

Tasting Notes: Soft and delicate fruit and floral aromas give way to peach notes on the palate, with an appealing texture and fresh finish.

Food pairings: Perfect aperitif wine, or serve with light salads and starters.
