Description
A pale, beautifully fizzy golden robe. A dense, slightly mushroom-flavored nose, crystalized lemon, banana cream, nougatine, almond. A wonderfully invigorating structure, very lively and yet dense at the same time. Notes of fruit drops.
Colour: Pale Yellow
Aroma: A fresh, salty, sea air nose with hints of ripe fruit (pineapple, quince).
Palate: Very fresh on the palate, with fresh fruit and lychee flavors. Mineral finish.
