Originally conceived as a growers consortium, Araldica – now the largest land owner in Gavi – works more than 900 hectares, principally in Piedmont, and the 18 hectare Santa Seraffa estate is its most recent acquisition, dedicated entirely to the production of Cortese, the Gavi grape.
