Sale! The Glenlivet 15 Year Old distinctively rich character is the result of a selective maturation process, as a proportion of the spirit is matured in French oak casks. The Glenlivet was one of the first distilleries to use French Oak in the whisky making process, a technique that has since been imitated by many others. Limousin Oak, which is cut in the Dordogne region of France, is often used to mature fine wines and cognacs. Its low density allows the spirit to penetrate deep into the wood, and we carefully control how long the whisky matures in the casks so as not to overpower the desired result: a unique, pleasing spiciness.

Sale! The Indri Dru Single Malt, from the town of the same name in the Yamuna River basin, is made from the classic 6-row Indian barley that has been cultivated for hundreds of years. It is the cask strength edition of the Indian whisky distillery. Ex-bourbon casks were used for maturation in the subtropical climate, which were then hand-selected and blended by the Master Blender. 'Dru' is Sanskrit and means wood, tree or vessel made of wood. Aromas of rich beeswax polish lead to red apple, fresh tangerine, and stewed raisin with warm spices. The palate reveals Seville orange marmalade and sweet dried herb flavors. Lingering citrus and charred oak on the finish.

Sale!Matured twice in American Oak, Laphroaig quarter cask presents an irresistible doubling of flavour. Because the second maturation takes place in smaller, quarter-sized casks, the spirit has more contact with wood. This lends hints of coconut, banana and vanilla to the instantly recognizable Laphroaig flavor of smoky peat complemented by a surprising sweetness. It should be enjoyed alone, over ice or with a splash of water to fully pay tribute to the unique flavor. Laphroaig Quarter Cask begins its maturation in ex-bourbon barrels and, while still aging, is transferred to small quarter casks. Aging in smaller barrels revives an old tradition, paying tribute to the master distillers who have perfected the Laphroaig process over two centuries.
