We do things a little differently around here – and that’s what gives Jack Daniel's its distinctive character. We charcoal mellow our whiskey drop by drop, then let it age in our own handcrafted barrels. And we don’t follow a calendar. Our Tennessee Sippin’ Whiskey is ready only when our tasters say it is. We use our senses, just like Jack Daniel himself did. In fact, more than a century later, our Tennessee Whiskey is still judged the same way. By the way it looks. By the way it smells. And, of course, by the way it tastes. Jack Daniel's stands for independence, individuality, authenticity and heritage, not many Whiskies in the world can say that, especially 150 years after it was first made and we still live by these values to this very day. -
COLOUR: Golden Mahogany NOSE: Subtle vanilla, spice, pine forests, toasted oak and lemon zest with hints of toffee. There are sweet sticky pudding and caramelized fruit in the background. The nose is not complicated but nice and toasty. PALATE: Very spicy with toasted oak floating about with a mint freshness. Hints of dry paper and pepper. A faint hint of vanilla floating about in the background. The addition of water does not do it justice. Water brings more citrus and pepper in the Jim Beam White. It takes away any last bit of sweetness and only leaves the pepper. It has a light body and is not very complex. FINISH: Long and dry with citrus and pepper -

Tasting Note
Nose: Soft orchard fruits and thyme honey are joined by a helping of peppermint in the backdrop.
Palate: More green apple on the palate leads along bright citrus notes from pink grapefruit. Bitter herbs, toasted almonds and vanilla oak linger underneath.
Finish: White pepper and ginger add spice to the finish.
