Highland Queen was the flag carrier of Macdonald & Muir Ltd for most of the 20th century. The brand name derives from the association of the port of Leith and the original production site by the harbour of Macdonald & Muir in 1893, and the triumphal arrival of Mary Stuart at this spot in 1561. She was later to be crowned Queen of Scots, thus creating one of Scotland’s most famous and loved legends. This legend is kept alive today through Highland Queen Scotch Whisky, which represents the enduring and noble values, history and independent spirit of Scotland and its whisky, embodied in the legendary character of Mary Queen of Scots.

Sale! The Indri Dru Single Malt, from the town of the same name in the Yamuna River basin, is made from the classic 6-row Indian barley that has been cultivated for hundreds of years. It is the cask strength edition of the Indian whisky distillery. Ex-bourbon casks were used for maturation in the subtropical climate, which were then hand-selected and blended by the Master Blender. 'Dru' is Sanskrit and means wood, tree or vessel made of wood. Aromas of rich beeswax polish lead to red apple, fresh tangerine, and stewed raisin with warm spices. The palate reveals Seville orange marmalade and sweet dried herb flavors. Lingering citrus and charred oak on the finish.

Sale!Mellowed drop by drop through 10-feet of sugar maple charcoal, then matured in handcrafted barrels of our own making. And our Tennessee Whiskey doesn't follow a calendar. It's only ready when our tasters say it is. We judge it by the way it looks. By its aroma. And of course, by the way it tastes. It's how Jack Daniel himself did it over a century ago. And how we still do it today.

Sale!We do things a little differently around here – and that’s what gives Jack Daniel's its distinctive character. We charcoal mellow our whiskey drop by drop, then let it age in our own handcrafted barrels. And we don’t follow a calendar. Our Tennessee Sippin’ Whiskey is ready only when our tasters say it is. We use our senses, just like Jack Daniel himself did. In fact, more than a century later, our Tennessee Whiskey is still judged the same way. By the way it looks. By the way it smells. And, of course, by the way it tastes. Jack Daniel's stands for independence, individuality, authenticity and heritage, not many Whiskies in the world can say that, especially 150 years after it was first made and we still live by these values to this very day.
