In this way, they control the quality of the wines, resulting in one of the best properties in the region, which ia also located in an optimal location, which together with modern technology, make the wine outstanding in Rias Baixas. The head wine maker is Jose Maria Ureta, who originally worked with the Faustino group in Rioja, before joining the Bodegas La Val team, in 2001 he was named "Young Albariño Winemaker of the Year". TASTING NOTES A zesty, lime and pineapple nose. With bright peaches and apple fruit on the palate. There's a firm backbone of acidity which keeps the wine structured and just enough fleshiness to give a flattering mid palate.
