A delicious white Rioja based on the very typical Viura grape with a splash of the very uncommon Tempranillo Blanco - a white grape mutation of Rioja's most important black grape. The aromas are fresh, direct, and charming with pretty scents of green peach, fresh lime, and a tiny hint of Valencia orange wafting from the glass. About 9 months in tank on the fine lees of fermentation give this a creamy, lightly waxy, mouthfeel and add depth to the flavors of yellow peach, lime, starfruit and Asian pear. Finishes crisp, clean, and mouthwatering with generous fruit and a hint of salty mineral lingering. A fine party/sipping white and good match for freshwater fish and salads.
